UPI Checkout Guide
Secure Direct Transfer Instructions
To provide a quiet luxury service and avoid corporate processing markup, we utilize direct merchant UPI transfers. Follow this step-by-step manual to pay and place your orders:
Scan QR Code or Copy UPI ID
During checkout, your browser will render our official payment QR Code alongside our merchant UPI ID (e.g. ethatha@upi). You can copy the UPI ID with a single click or scan the QR Code using your mobile screen.
Authorize in your UPI Application
Open any UPI-enabled mobile app (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM). Choose "Scan QR Code" or enter the copied merchant UPI ID, insert the exact checkout total, and authorize the secure transfer.
Submit the Reference ID
After paying, capture a screenshot of the receipt and copy the 12-digit **Transaction Reference ID** (UPI Ref No.). Paste this number into our transaction verification field on the checkout screen and complete the registry.
* All transaction records are cross-referenced manually by our managers against bank ledgers within 12 hours. Orders are prepared and packaged immediately upon confirmation.
